Rated backlash is usually 30 arc-minutes with options for 4 or 8 arc-minutes. The NEMA 34 flanged gearbox has 440C Stainless bearings with seals and Nitrile o-bands shaft seals on both input and result. All fasteners are stainless. Hard anodized aluminum or 316 Stainless housings are available. Customizing for apart from NEMA motors or your unique application is very easily done.

When linked to a 1067 – EP, the 3317 includes a maximum speed of a little over 900 RPM. At the output of the gearbox, the stage angle is a little under 0.35°. When using the step angle in calculations, you should derive the precise step position by dividing 1.8° by the gearbox decrease ratio.
