YEJ Motor Characteristics
YEJ series DC brake motors is a type of absolutely enclosed admirer-cooled squirrel-cage a few stage asynchronous motors,it was developed accoring to IEC standsrd and has a great deal of gain like prompt braking,compact construction,large trustworthiness,large efficirncy,energy saving,large startin torque, simple operation & servicing and many others.Apart from,the brake has a handbook launch unit,which permits the brake a junction of both guide launch and electrical release and is hassle-free for operation.YEJ series DC brake motors are suited for system that needs prompt braking,precise positioning,repeat managing,repeated starting up and aviod slipping.
Basic principle and composition of the brake motors, the DC brake disc is assembled on the non-generate finish shaft of the motor,when provided with power, the brake works at the same time, the electromagnetic pressure draws in the armature and presses the spring ,as a result the brake disc is introduced from armature and endshield,then the motor commences to run: When the electricity offer is lower off, electromagnetic froce dropped, the spring pushes the armature to the brake disc,the motor stops immediately,a braking motion concluded. The power of the brake is equipped by rectifier fixed in the terminal box, DC 99v for motors up to 3KW and DC 170V for motors 4KW and up.
Y2EJ collection DC brake motors(DC brake assembled on Y2 collection motors) and YDEJ collection DC brake motors(DC brake assembled on YD collection multi-velocity motors) are also CZPT.
